Returns and Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags.

How to return

Email contact@guiransdeals.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items to a printing partner or to our business address without instructions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or size preference. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. If we confirm a defect, damage or an incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without charging you return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Reporting production issues within 30 days of delivery helps us submit a claim to our printing partner. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or explain any refusal. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank may need additional processing time. Contact us to discuss exchanges; a replacement order may be necessary.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Production can begin soon after ordering, so cancellation is not guaranteed. Eligible delivered items may still be returned under this policy.
