Guiran’s Deals is operated by Diapapi. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase, or act with appropriate parental or guardian authorization. Use the store lawfully, provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and protect any account credentials. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.

Products and pricing

Product listings describe the items offered, including available sizing, materials, prices and options. Colours can vary between screens. Editorial imagery may be illustrative; rely on the individual product listing. Prices, availability and promotions may change for future orders. Review the checkout currency, shipping charges and applicable taxes before confirming payment.

Orders and payment

We may review orders for errors, availability, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items. We will seek your agreement before charging more or substituting a materially different item. Orders may be manufactured and fulfilled through Printify partners.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains production, delivery estimates, tracking and shipping charges. Our Returns and Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request period after delivery for eligible items. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; production may already have begun.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Order-related messages are sent as necessary to provide our services. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Intellectual property and links

Our original content, branding and designs are protected by applicable law. Third-party services and links may have their own terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

Consumer rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
