Made to order

Our products may be made to order through Printify and its printing partners. Items may be produced at different locations and shipped separately.

Production and delivery

Production is separate from transit time. Many print-on-demand items typically require 2–7 business days in production, but this is an estimate and varies by product, provider and demand. Total delivery time includes production plus shipping. Carrier, destination, customs and seasonal delays can affect delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping prices and destinations

Available shipping methods, costs and destinations depend on the product, printing partner, quantity and delivery address. Review the available rates and estimates at checkout before paying. Multiple items may incur separate shipping charges or arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking and address details

Where tracking is available, we will provide shipment details when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us immediately if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states that they are included or collected in advance.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Our Returns and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
